Emma MacRae

Emma MacRae is a skilled professional with extensive experience in performance and business management within the financial services sector, currently serving as Performance & Business Management Lead in Data Technology at NatWest Group since September 2015. Previously, Emma held various roles at RBS, including Business Manager to the Chief Data Officer. With a strong background in resourcing, recruitment, and capability management, Emma has successfully managed a team of around 100 employees and has been instrumental in developing resource strategies and budget management.
