Greg Brown

Greg Brown is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in venture capital and private equity coverage. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Venture Capital at NatWest Group since September 2025, Greg leads venture banking initiatives, providing banking solutions and investments for portfolio companies and funds. Prior to this, Greg held prominent positions at HSBC Innovation Banking and SVB, focusing on the full spectrum of private capital investors across EMEA. With a background at HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group, Greg has developed expertise in financial sponsors coverage, corporate banking, leveraged finance, and credit analysis, complemented by a BSc (Hons) from the University of Leeds.
