Harshit Gupta

Harshit Gupta has extensive experience in risk analytics and financial services, currently serving as Vice President of Independent Model Validation at NatWest Group since January 2015, after progressing through various roles including Vice President and Associate Vice President in Credit Insight & Analytics. Prior to NatWest, Harshit held leadership positions at Bank of America from December 2009 to January 2015 and began the career at Aditya Birla Retail Limited as a Senior Officer in Financial Analytics. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth and a Master's degree in Economics from Indira Gandhi National Open University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University.
