Hayley Gordon

Hayley Gordon has extensive experience in executive assistance and program management within the finance sector. Currently, Hayley serves as an Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Transformation Officer at NatWest Group since August 2020. Prior to this role, Hayley was an Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer at RBS from June 2016 to August 2020. Hayley's career began at Credit Suisse, where from June 2005 to June 2016, Hayley held positions as an Executive Assistant and as a Programme Manager (AVP) in Model Risk Management.
