Ian Crawford

Ian Crawford is currently the Innovation Design Lead at NatWest Group, where Ian manages a team of strategists, user researchers, and designers. Prior to this, Ian worked as a Digital Strategist at Equator and as a freelancer specializing in Innovation, User Research, Service Design, UX Design, and Digital Strategy. Ian also has experience in account management and marketing at various organizations such as tictoc and The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice. With a background in product design, Ian has also worked as a Visiting Tutor at the Glasgow School of Art.
