Katharine O'Callaghan

Katharine O'Callaghan is the Head of People Transformation & Experience at NatWest Group, where leadership focuses on reshaping the organization's People function through innovative methodologies such as agile practices, human-centered design, and process optimization. With a career at NatWest spanning over two decades, Katharine has held several key positions, including Head of HR Consultancy, where Katharine managed a team of 100 consultants, and Divisional Partner for Learning, Talent & Leadership Development, responsible for strategies impacting 20,000 employees. Previous roles include leadership positions in the Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking divisions, and an international focus on transforming HR practices across various regions. Katharine also serves as an Executive Advisory Board Member for the Scottish HR Leadership Group and began her career with an HR graduate placement at SMG after earning a BA (Hons) in Business & Human Resources from the University of Strathclyde.
