Laura Clegg

Laura Clegg is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Treasury, ESG, and Disclosure at NatWest Group since November 2018. Prior to this role, Laura held a Senior Legal Counsel position at HSBC Holdings plc from October 2016 to September 2018, where key responsibilities included managing Recovery and Resolution Plans for the HSBC Group and contributing to the UK Banking Structural Reform project. Laura's legal career began as an Associate in Corporate M&A at White & Case in Hong Kong from August 2011 to April 2014, which included a client secondment to Deutsche Bank. Laura graduated with a BA (Hons) in Law & PPE from the University of Oxford and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
