Lawrence Smith

Lawrence Smith is currently a Data & Analytics Manager at NatWest Group, where responsibilities include overseeing data strategies and analytics initiatives. Previously, Lawrence worked in various roles at RBS from 2010 to 2012, including Lean Change Agent and Treasury Officer, significantly improving processes and achieving high audit standards. Before that, Lawrence gained experience as a Cash Handler at both Adecco and RBS, contributing to the efficient management of physical bank notes at the Bristol Cash Centre. Lawrence's early work includes delivering newspapers and part-time cleaning while attending Marlwood School, where they completed their education from 1995 to 2002.
