Leszek Deska

Leszek Deska is a highly experienced technology professional currently serving as a Principal Engineer at NatWest Group since November 2022. Prior to this, Leszek held several key positions at FIS, including Development Director and Development Competence Center Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating development across EMEA region banks and overseeing a team of approximately 200 developers. Leszek has a robust background in software development from previous roles at Clear2Pay and Oracle, where expertise was demonstrated in implementing payment processing systems and developing high-availability applications. Leszek holds a PhD and Master's degree in Informatyka from the Military University of Technology, completed in 2010 and 2000, respectively.
