Richard Mayou

Richard Mayou is a seasoned digital leader with extensive experience in asset finance and software delivery across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Digital (Asset Finance) at NatWest Group since January 2022, Richard has held multiple roles including Journey Developer and Digital Product Manager. Prior to this, Richard was the Head of Software Delivery at Dignity Plc from January 2020 to November 2021, responsible for IT software delivery and application development. Richard also led development teams at Touch Systems Limited, contributed to digital strategies at npower, and managed digital initiatives at the Education and Skills Funding Agency, where key achievements included large-scale web rationalization and digital marketing strategy development. Richard holds a BA (Hons) in Politics and Economics from the University of Reading.
