Simran Mehra

Simran Mehra has a diverse background in business strategy, innovation, and customer experience, with experience delivering impactful results for leading UK and Irish banks, public sector organizations, and NGOs. They have worked in a global management consultancy and an innovation scale-up, focusing on complex challenges and driving growth. Currently, Simran leads strategy and transformation at a Tier 1 Private bank while previously shaping global strategies for a UN agency. They are also engaged in volunteer work, mentoring start-up founders in social mobility and DEI initiatives. Simran holds a History degree from King’s College London and is pursuing further education at the University of Melbourne.
