Tanya Dunn

Tanya Dunn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and business analysis, particularly in HR and payroll systems. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Workday Functional Lead at NatWest Group since January 2017, Tanya leads Workday design with significant expertise in absence, time tracking, and various Workday modules. Prior roles include Senior Technology Analyst at NatWest, leading the global Workday 33 implementation, and Senior Business Change Analyst at Clydesdale Bank, focusing on the separation from National Australia Bank. Tanya has held various analyst positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland, BP, Scottish Water, NHS24, and Hewitt Associates, contributing to transformative projects involving PeopleSoft and SAP HR systems. An alumnus of Robert Gordon University, Tanya holds a BA (Hons) in Business.
