Tom Nicklin

Tom Nicklin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and project management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Scrum Master at NatWest Group since August 2023, Tom previously held the positions of Agile Delivery Lead and Scrum Master at Capital One from July 2020 to August 2023, as well as Senior Project Manager and IT Project Manager at Hollis between May 2018 and July 2020. Earlier roles include IT Project Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Business Analyst at Boots Opticians, with foundational positions as Business Analyst and Junior Analyst/Developer at UBS Global Asset Management. Tom began their career as an Investments IT Industrial Trainee at UBS Global Asset Management. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in Business Information Systems from Nottingham Trent University, awarded in 2008.
