Manoj Padmanabhan

Manoj Padmanabhan currently serves as the Executive Vice President & Head of Strategic Businesses at Naukri.com since July 2023. With a career at Naukri.com that began in April 2002, Manoj has held various leadership roles including Senior Vice President - Sales, Executive Vice President - Sales, and several other managerial positions. Prior to joining Naukri.com, Manoj worked as a Senior Executive in Business Development at TAAL, India's first private sector aircraft manufacturer. The career began as a Management Trainee at Indian Seamless Group. Manoj holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the University of Mysore.
