Esra Dundar

Esra Dundar is an experienced lawyer specializing in corporate law, project finance, and compliance matters. Currently serving as a Transaction Support Officer/Lawyer at NautaDutilh since February 2022, Esra has previous roles as a Company Lawyer at Kiltoprak Trust Company and Associate Lawyer at YAZICI Attorney Partnership, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating financial agreements, conducting legal due diligence, and advising on corporate governance, particularly in the oil, natural gas, and mining sectors.
