Philip Malanczuk

Philip Malanczuk is an accomplished attorney-at-law and associate partner at NautaDutilh, specializing in commercial and competition litigation, with expertise in handling disputes related to contracts, liability, and mass damages claims since 2007. Malanczuk served as Deputy Secretary for the Dutch Association for Procedural Law from 2012 to 2017, contributing to the organization of lectures and publications in civil and administrative procedural law. A brief tenure as a Foreign Lawyer at Latham & Watkins' Hamburg office occurred in late 2014, alongside roles as secretary to various arbitral tribunals from 2011 to 2014 and co-editor of the contract law section for the Dutch law journal 'Juridisch up to Date' from 2011 to 2013.
