Peter Spinato

Peter Spinato has been working in the technology industry since 1997. Peter began their career at Nortel Networks as a Senior Developer, then moved to Canopco as Senior Manager of Software Development and Colocation Facilities. In 2005, they joined OneConnect as Senior Manager of System Infrastructure, Network Engineering, and Support. From 2007 to 2017, they were with Globalive Communications, first as Senior Director of the B2B Division, then as Director of IT Infrastructure and Software Development. In 2017, they joined TouchBistro as Director of Systems and Integrations, where they managed the entire cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline, as well as the development team for internal integrations. In 2021, Peter moved to Top Hat as Vice President of Data and Systems. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Head of Systems and Implementations at Nautical Commerce.

Peter Spinato holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Schulich School of Business at York University, which they earned between 2005 and 2008. Peter also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from the University of Toronto, which they earned between 1993 and 1998 in Computer Engineering.
