The Leadership Team at Nauticus is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing financial management, and ensuring operational efficiency to fulfill the organization's educational mission. Comprised of senior executives with diverse professional backgrounds, the team collaborates to drive initiatives, secure funding, and enhance the visitor experience across all facets of the maritime discovery center, including the museum, Battleship Wisconsin, sailing center, and Schooner Virginia.
