Timothy B. Grass

Timothy B. Grass has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Timothy currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Nautilus Integrated Solutions since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Advisor at Culture Index from April 2022. Before that, Timothy held the position of President North America at PennEngineering® from September 2021 to March 2022. Timothy has also held various leadership roles at Marmon Aerospace & Defense®, including President of Marmon Aerospace & Defense Group® from 2017 to September 2021, President of Marmon Aerospace & Defense from 2008 to 2017, and VP & General Manager from 2006 to 2008. In the past, Timothy worked as a Plant Manager at General Cable from 2004 to 2006 and as an Operations Manager at Huhtamaki from 1998 to 2004. Timothy began their career as a Product Development Engineer at Albany International from 1996 to 1998. Timothy also has military experience, having served as an Air Traffic Controller and Forward Observer in the US Army from 1987 to 1994.

Timothy B. Grass holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Maine. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications including "Cybersecurity for Executives" and "Value-Based Pricing" from LinkedIn, as well as a "Licensed USCG Captain 100 GRT" certification from the U.S. Coast Guard in September 2014.
