Christopher Grueber

Christopher Grueber is a seasoned engineering and management professional with extensive experience in product development and operations within the marine industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Ingenity Electric since August 2021, Christopher also holds the position of Product Development Engineer and Lamination Manager at Nautique Boat Company since February 2013, where responsibilities include managing large part lamination and enhancing process efficiencies. Previous roles include Quality Manager at Hatteras Cabo Yachts, where Christopher coordinated quality initiatives and led Six Sigma projects, and Operations Lamination Manager at Hatteras/Cabo, focusing on large and small parts lamination. Christopher possesses a Master of Engineering in Composites from Missouri University of Science and Technology, bolstered by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
