Eric Miller has a diverse work experience. Eric started their career in 2004 at General Electric, where they participated in the Edison Engineering Development Program until 2006, and then worked as a Diesel Locomotive Engine Productivity Engineer until 2007. In 2007, they moved to Nautique Boat Company, where they held various roles, including Senior Product Engineer from 2007 to 2015. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Chief Engineer at Nautique Boat Company, and then became the Chief Engineer and Director in 2020.

Eric Miller completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, Eric participated in the Edison Engineering Development Program A-Course and B-Course as well as obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt from General Electric.
