Midy Reyes has extensive experience in customer care, human resources, sales, and education. Currently, as a Customer Care Representative and Return Parts Specialist at Nautique Boat Company, Midy manages return processes and ensures documentation accuracy. Previous roles include HR Assistant, supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts while maintaining compliance with labor laws. Midy also served as a Licensed New Home Sales Assistant at Minto Communities Florida, providing customer interaction and support in the selling process, and worked as a Special Education Teacher focusing on students with autism at Orange County Public Schools. Additionally, Midy spent several years as a Real Estate Associate, facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers. Midy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University - Newark.
