Richard Peretz

Richard N. Peretz serves as a Venture Partner at Playground Global since April 2021 and is a Board Member for Altus Power, Inc. and Tribe Capital Growth Fund. Previously, Richard held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at SPAC Semper Paratus from October 2021 to June 2023. With a long tenure at UPS from 1981 to February 2020, Richard was Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Management Committee, overseeing financial operations across 220 countries and territories. In addition to serving as an Investment Committee Member for the UPS Strategic Venture Fund, Richard was also a member of the Board of Directors for First International Bancorp from 2008 to 2015. Richard's education includes an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, a program in Leadership and Strategy Impact from Dartmouth College, a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and participation in the CEO Summit and Leadership Program at Yale University.
