Erin McInnis

Erin McInnis is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Manager of Workday HCM and Learning at NAV CANADA since January 2023, Erin leads the enhancement of HR business systems and collaborates with various internal stakeholders to align solutions with organizational objectives. Prior to this role, Erin worked at Hydro Ottawa from June 2018 to January 2023, initially as a Human Resources Advisor and progressing to Senior Human Resources Advisor and Supervisor of the HR Service Centre and Projects. Erin holds a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Ryerson University.
