Leslie Hartley

Leslie Hartley has extensive experience in the aviation sector, currently serving as the National Manager of ATS Standards Delivery at NAV CANADA since August 2004, with previous roles including Manager of ATS Standards and Procedures, Manager of ATS Quality and Standards, Shift Manager at the Toronto Area Control Centre, and Unit Operations Specialist in Air Traffic Operations Support. Responsibilities include training, quality assurance, safety, and publication management. Prior to NAV CANADA, Leslie was involved with the Department of National Defence from August 2000 to October 2017 as a Cadet Instructor Cadre Officer, where responsibilities included planning and instructing the national cadet program, and as an e-Learning Facilitator, assisting in training using the Defence Learning Network. Leslie's educational background includes study at Sault College of Applied Arts & Technology from 2000 to 2002.
