Mark Cooper

Mark Cooper is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aviation and technology sectors. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of NAV CANADA since September 2019, Mark previously held the position of Vice President Chief Technology and Information Officer. Prior to NAV CANADA, Mark worked at Deloitte UK as an Aviation Technology Partner from December 2016 to August 2019. Mark's career began at Lockheed Martin, where from 1999 until December 2017, responsibilities included managing all IS&GS Civil government programmes in the UK, specifically in areas such as Air Traffic Management, ICT, Energy, Healthcare, and Financial/data solutions. Mark holds a 2:1 Honours degree in Physics and Computing from Coventry University, where studies were completed from 1991 to 1995.
