Ayush Pareek

Ayush Pareek has work experience in the HR and recruitment field. From August 2020 to the present, Ayush worked at NAV Fund Administration Group, first as an HR Transformation and Development professional, and later as a Senior Executive in the same role. Prior to that, Ayush worked at HyreFox Consultants from January 2019 to August 2020. At HyreFox Consultants, Ayush held various roles including Team Lead Recruitment, Team Lead Vendor Management, and Executive Vendor Management.

Ayush Pareek began their education journey at My Own High School, where they studied Commerce from 2001 to 2014. After completing high school, they attended S S Jain Subodh P G College in Jaipur from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce.

Currently, Ayush is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2021 to 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Ayush has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn. In August 2023, they successfully completed the courses "HR as a Strategic Business Partner" and "Marketing Strategy: Nurturing Your Customers" offered by LinkedIn.
