Lalit Gyanwani

Lalit Gyanwani has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Lalit began their career as a CS Trainee at Gravita India Limited in November 2012 and worked there until February 2014. Then, they joined SAG InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. as a Company Secretary from May 2014 to January 2016. After that, they worked as a Consultant-Secretarial at V.B. Raju & Associates from January 2016 to August 2016. Lalit then served as a Company Secretary at Ramky Enviro from August 2016 to October 2019. Lalit also gained experience as a Secretarial & Legal Consultant from November 2019 to December 2021. Currently, Lalit is employed at NAV Fund Administration Group, where they started as an RTA-Compliance Executive from January 2022 to July 2023 and is now working as a RTA-Compliance Senior Executive from July 2023 onwards.

Lalit Gyanwani began their education in 2006 at A.N. Public School, where they completed their Secondary education. In 2008 and 2009, they attended Noble Kingdom Public School, focusing on Commercial, Financial, and Management studies during their High School year. Moving on to higher education, Lalit enrolled at S.S. Jain Subodh P.G. College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance & Management. In 2010, they also joined ICSI, where they pursued a degree in Company Secretary until 2014. Lastly, from 2013 to 2015, Lalit attended Bharat Law College in Jaipur, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).
