Nicole Roos

Nicole Roos has a diverse work experience in the fields of talent management, executive search, and human capital. Nicole is currently serving as the Head of Account Management at Nav.it. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate in Talent at WestCap, where they focused on partnering with CEOs and HR leaders to scale their companies through effective talent management strategies. Before that, they had a role in Human Capital at TPG. Nicole also gained experience in executive search at True Search, where they worked closely with technology companies on VP and C-level searches, as well as investor searches for VC firms. Additionally, they worked as a Research Analyst at Rich Talent Group, where they focused on connecting high-growth technology companies with experienced leaders.

Nicole Roos holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Middlebury College. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Burke Mountain Academy for an unspecified degree or field of study. Additionally, in August 2019, Nicole obtained a certification in Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals from the Co-Active Training Institute.
