Carlos Jesus

Carlos Jesus has extensive experience in air traffic control, having worked at NAV PORTUGAL EPE since January 2000. Currently serving as an Air Traffic Controller and On Job Training Instructor for Madeira TWR and Approach, Carlos holds multiple valid ratings including ADI/TWR and APS/RAD. Carlos is also an examiner for OJTI and has completed various advanced courses including AMS-FMPS CFMU and FMP Operational Concepts, Leadership and Team Management, and Human Factors in Flight Safety. Prior to this, Carlos gained foundational experience as an air traffic controller trainee at Faro Airport and worked as a software engineer at PDSL - Papelaco from 1996 to 2000. Carlos holds a degree from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, completed in 1996.
