Hugo Gaspar

Hugo Gaspar is an accomplished Electrotechnical Engineer with extensive experience in project management and energy-related initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Technician at NAV PORTUGAL EPE since December 2012, Hugo manages infrastructure projects, oversees security coordination on-site, and supervises construction activities. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager at Infocontrol, where strategies for business and marketing in electrical measurement and energy management were developed, and as Project Manager at Manvia, focusing on energy audits and certification processes. Hugo holds a Master's degree in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, along with a Licentiate degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra.
