Paula Santos

Paula Santos has over three decades of experience in the fields of air traffic management and software engineering. Currently serving as an ATM Systems Quality and Safety Expert and Surveillance Data Processing Expert at NAV PORTUGAL EPE since 2002, Paula Santos is responsible for leading the implementation of processes to ensure compliance with European regulations. Prior to this role, Paula Santos worked as a Systems Engineer at EDISOFT - DEFENCE & AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGIES, specializing in surveillance data processing and radar evaluation, and as a Software Engineer at Millennium bcp, supporting software development from 1987 to 1989. Paula Santos holds a degree in Engenharia de Electrotecnica, Sistemas e Computadores from Instituto Superior Técnico, completed in 1986.
