Paulo Ceia

Paulo Ceia is a seasoned software engineer with over two decades of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving at NAV PORTUGAL EPE since February 2002, Paulo has previously contributed to EDISOFT - DEFENCE & AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGIES from September 2001 to February 2002, and Gfi Portugal from November 2000 to September 2001, all in software engineering roles. Paulo holds a Licentiate degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro, obtained in 2000, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa, completed in 1995.
