Dene Sparrman

Dene Sparrman is currently an advisor at Nava, but they have also worked for Amazon and PACCAR in the past. Dene started at Amazon in 2010 as the Director of Health and Wellness Strategy and Innovation and they held that position until 2022. Before working at Amazon, Sparrman was the Global Health and Welfare Benefits Manager at PACCAR from 2006 to 2010.

Dene Sparrman has a Bachelor's degree from University of Hawaii at Manoa and a certification from University of Washington in Certified in Healthcare Human Resources (CHHR). Dene also has a certification from SHRM in Professional in Human Resources.
