Kelley Elliott

Kelley Elliott is currently an Advisor at Nava. Kelley has over 18 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Kelley began their career as a Senior Consultant at Willis Towers Watson in August 2001 and held that position for 15 years before taking on the role of Vice President, Global Rewards - Compensation and Benefits at UPS in April 2016. Kelley stayed in that role for 2 years before moving to their current position at Nava.

Kelley Elliott has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt University. Kelley also has a Certificate in Executive Education from Yale University. In addition, they are certified by the Society of Actuaries as a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary.
