Therese Rubio

Therese Rubio is currently a Partner at Nava, but they have also worked for some of the nation's leading insurance brokerages and hotels. Therese got their start in the industry as a Financial Analyst with Piggyback Technologies, Inc. and then moved on to intern with Barney & Barney Insurance Services LLC. After their internship, they were offered a position as a Research Assistant with the University of San Diego, which they held until they were recruited by Marsh & McLennan Agency - West in February of 2017.

As a Client Executive at Marsh & McLennan Agency, Therese is dedicated to building lasting relationships with their customers. Therese strives to listen to their clients and provide them with employee benefit solutions that closely match their unique needs.

In May of 2022, Therese made the move to Nava where they are currently a Partner.

Their manager is Brandon Weber, Co-Founder & CEO. Therese Rubio works with Marcel Ocampo - Partner & Market Director, Colleen Locke - Director of Client Success, and Rick Livesay - Partner.
