Todd Bisping

Todd Bisping is currently an advisor at Nava. Todd has extensive experience in the benefits arena, having served as a compensation and benefits manager at Caterpillar Inc. from September 2005 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for a wide range of activities, including healthcare informatics, plan design, administration, compliance, government and policy issues, as well as the development and management of the Caterpillar PPO network. Todd was also instrumental in the development and implementation of industry-leading pharmacy benefit solutions.

Prior to their work at Caterpillar, Todd was a 6 Sigma Professional at the company from January 1997 to December 2005. In this role, they participated in the initial planning and implementation of 6 Sigma at Caterpillar and supervised a staff of multiple project leaders/black belts. Their work included both business unit level projects as well as corporate initiatives.

Todd Bisping earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bradley University and their Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Kansas State University. Todd is also certified as a Certified Benefit Professional from WorldatWork.
