Michelle Thong

Michelle Thong is an accomplished leader in product management with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management at Nava, Michelle drives product strategy and oversees a team of over 35 product managers, ensuring the delivery of effective services to government partners. Prior experience includes leading the Digital Services portfolio for the City of San José, co-founding Code for San Jose, and holding roles in economic development, economics consulting, and product management at Synaptics. With a strong educational background including a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Feminist Studies from Stanford University, and a Master's Degree in City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, Michelle is passionate about enhancing urban environments and leveraging data for impactful decision-making.
