Johnnie Abel is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and estimation, currently serving as President at Navacon Construction Inc. since April 2015. Prior roles include Estimator and Project Manager at E & E Seegmiller and Civil Estimator at Aecon, following a position as Estimator and Project Manager at C3 Group. Earlier experience includes working as an Estimator/Project Administrator at Lafarge Paving & Construction and as an Inspector for the City of Kitchener. Johnnie Abel holds a Civil Engineering Technology diploma from Conestoga College and the Applied Science Technologist designation from OACETT. Recently, Johnnie Abel completed the Quantum Shift program at The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School in May 2024.
