Brandon Parent

Brandon Parent has oversight over all corporate legal matters across the organization, including acquisitions. Brandon brings over 20 years of experience as an accomplished legal executive and business strategist with private and publicly traded companies. Brandon has broad legal expertise in addition to specialization in the areas of

mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracting and procurement, corporate governance and litigation management.

Brandon is a graduate of the University of Windsor and obtained his LL. B. from the University of Ottawa, Magna Cum Laude where he was also Assistant Editor of the Law Review.
