Susan Scott

Susan Scott has diverse work experience in the financial and insurance industry, serving in key roles such as Chief Information Officer at Navacord, Sr. Program Executive at RSA, Senior Program Manager at BMO Financial Group, and Program Manager at TD and Aviva Canada. Susan has been involved in leading large-scale programs that drive growth, pricing sophistication, branch transformation, online sales, and portal development, demonstrating their expertise in managing complex projects and achieving strategic business goals.

Susan Scott completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Universidad ORT Uruguay in 1988. Susan then pursued an eMBA in International Law and Business from McMaster University from 1999 to 2001. Later on, they obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University between 2001 and 2002, followed by a Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation from the Project Management Institute in 2002.
