Voula Argitis has over 25 years of work experience in healthcare operations and management. Voula is currently the Vice President of Operations at NAVADERM. In their previous role as the Regional Manager at Shweiger Dermatology Group, they oversaw multiple departments and implemented operational strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness. Before that, they served as the Regional Director of Patient Access at Saint Clare's Health, where they directed various patient access departments for five hospitals. As the Practice Manager at Arrhythmia and Cardiology Associates of NY and NJ, Voula managed day-to-day operations and collaborated with senior leadership on budget planning and strategic expansion. Voula began their career at Hackensack University Medical Center as the Financial Credentialing Manager for the Children's Hospital, where they managed financials and initiated pediatric surgical service lines.

Voula Argitis, MHA, MBA has an extensive education history. Voula obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Montclair State University. Following this, they pursued their MBA in International Finance at Seton Hall University from 2004 to 2007. Later, they completed their Masters of Healthcare (MHA) at Seton Hall University from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their educational background, Voula Argitis has obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. Voula has completed certifications from Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Voula is also in the process of obtaining certification from the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM).
