Jason Leonard

Jason Leonard serves as the Marketing Director for Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise, focusing on marketing initiatives for New Mexico properties since February 2025. Prior roles include Director of Marketing at We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort (January 2024 - January 2025), Avi Resort & Casino (December 2021 - January 2023), and Muckleshoot Casino Resort, where a new marketing reinvestment plan drove a significant increase in gaming revenue despite decreased customer headcount. Previous experience also includes directing marketing at Mardi Gras Casino & Resort, managing digital advertising strategies at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, and teaching graduate marketing courses at the University of Phoenix. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Phoenix.
