Isabelle Petit Cubas

Isabelle Petit Cubas has a strong background in learning and development, with their most recent role as the Head of Learning, Talents, Careers & Development at Naval Group. Isabelle previously worked at Airbus Group as a Learning & Development Manager for six years. Before that, they were the Training Lead EMEA at HP, where they implemented various learning and development initiatives, managed a team of trainers, and facilitated communication and presentation. Isabelle also has experience in sales and training consulting in industrial property, as well as technology transfer consultancy. Isabelle started their career as a library officer at Alliance Française de Mexico.

Isabelle Petit Cubas has a diverse education history. Isabelle obtained an Executive Master degree in Learning Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Maitrise degree in Ingenierie Documentaire from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 between 1996 and 1998. In 1992, they took Spanish courses at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. From 1990 to 1992, they studied English, Spanish, and Computer Sciences at the College of DuPage, although they did not earn a degree during that time. In addition to their formal education, Isabelle has obtained certifications in "Learning How to Learn" from UC San Diego Extension in November 2015, and "MOOC Digital RH" from Unow in December 2015.
