Peterson Sylvain

Peterson Sylvain has extensive experience in human resources management. Peterson currently works as the HR Director for Industrial Services at Naval Group, where they lead the HR transformation for a large naval defense company. Prior to this, Sylvain worked as the HR Director for the Hydrogen, Lightweight, and Exhaust division at Faurecia. Peterson was responsible for handling HR and internal communication for multiple sites and played a crucial role in the start-up and scale-up of a disruptive Hydrogen BU. Sylvain also served as the HR Director for G7 taxis, where they led HR and internal communication initiatives in a transformational context. Peterson worked closely with the CEO and was a member of the Executive Committee. Sylvain began their career at BNP Paribas as a Global HR Manager and later worked as an HR Training Specialist at Baxter International Inc.

Peterson Sylvain holds a Master's degree in HR Management from ESSEC Business School, obtained in 2005. Peterson has also obtained certifications such as the Faurecia HR Directors Leadership Program from HEC Paris Executive Education in 2019, the Talent Development Program for Global high potentials from BNP Paribas in 2009, and the PAPI (recruitment tool - Personality And Preference Inventory) from Cubiks in 2007.
