Philippe Meleard

Philippe MELEARD has extensive experience in leadership and business development within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Naval Group Belgium and Vice President - System of Systems Business Architect at Naval Group since July 2016, Philippe previously held significant positions at Capgemini - Sogeti High Tech and Airbus, where roles included Vice President - Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President Market Business Plan & Market Intelligence, respectively. Philippe's early career at Airbus Defence and Space involved pivotal change management and the establishment of security business units, alongside prior experience at Matra Nortel Communications and Thales. Philippe holds multiple master's degrees, including one from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, and has demonstrated a strong capability in strategic planning, marketing, and team leadership throughout a career spanning over three decades.
