Vincent Blanchard

Vincent Blanchard is an experienced supply chain manager and program director currently working at NAVAL GROUP since December 2017. Prior to this role, Vincent served as Directeur General Adjoint at TALAN SOLUTIONS from June 2014 to November 2017. Additionally, Vincent co-founded and held the position of director at HB-IS & EXL O2 from January 2006 to May 2014.
