Arch McCleskey

Arch McCleskey, MPA, serves as the Deputy Group Director for Aircraft Carrier Design and Systems Engineering at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since April 2017, overseeing ship design managers and in-service engineering efforts for aircraft carriers. McCleskey has held various positions within NAVSEA, including Director for Shipboard Electric Power Systems and Deputy Director for Submarine Integrated Power Systems, focusing on advanced submarine power generation and propulsion systems. Prior experience includes roles at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, where responsibilities spanned from planning nuclear test engineering efforts to supervising reactor plant maintenance. McCleskey's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and multiple graduate certificates from the Naval Postgraduate School.
