Joe Goff

Joe Goff is an experienced logistics and maintenance manager with a strong background in submarine operations and engineering support. Currently serving as Logistics Manager at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since April 2022, Goff previously held roles as Maintenance Manager at Submepp Activity and Engineering Technician at Dell Federal Services, where responsibilities included developing Navy Planned Maintenance System documentation. Goff's extensive career in the US Navy spanned over two decades, during which roles included 3M Coordinator at USS Virginia and USS West Virginia, Lead Ship Superintendent at the Naval Submarine Support Facility, and Auxiliary Division Leading Chief Petty Officer on USS Hartford. Goff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Granite State College.
