John Hartke

John Hartke is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in property accounting and financial compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Property Accounting & Property FIAR at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since March 2016, John has previously held roles such as Assistant For Financial Compliance at the U.S. Navy Military Sealift Command and Financial Management Analyst on the NAVY ERP systems implementation team at the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy. Additional experience includes positions as Supervisory Accountant and Controller at various organizations, as well as owning a local CPA firm focused on accounting and financial consulting. John holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
